Free US shipping

Shipping is free ($0) on every order delivered within the United States. There's no minimum order.

Production time

Each item is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery time

After your order ships, US delivery usually takes about 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within about 5–12 business days of purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of items in your order, and it's paid by the customer. International delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout when available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST), and brokerage or handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges unless they're shown at checkout. We can't refund shipping costs or these charges for packages that are refused or returned because they weren't paid.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We'll do our best to fix it before your order goes into production.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us and we'll help you sort it out.
