This website is operated by Rockin Wings LLC, doing business as RAKE. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RAKE. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

3. Products and made-to-order items

Our products are printed on demand after you order. We try to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. Small variations in print placement and color are a normal part of the printing process. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product at any time, and to change product descriptions or prices without notice.

4. Orders, billing, and accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders with pricing or product errors. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site belong to RAKE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to reproduce our designs.

The site may include tools or links provided by third parties. We don't monitor or control them and aren't responsible for them. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. User comments and feedback

If you send us comments, suggestions, or other content, you agree that we may use it without restriction or obligation to you. You're responsible for anything you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe anyone's rights.
